Raymond Okpani is a global leadership consultant, personal brand strategist, international speaker and author.
With over 10 years’ experience across the private, non-governmental and public sectors, Raymond has consulted and helped hundreds of individuals, NGOs and corporate organizations to attain peak performance and strategic results across different industries.
He is passionate about empowering and building the capacity of high-performing individuals, business executives and corporate organizations in the areas of leadership development, management strategies and organizational performance.
He is the founder of Youthspark Pan Africa, a global community of emerging leaders, budding entrepreneurs and thriving career professionals who are committed to promoting leadership development and fostering entrepreneurial growth across Africa, and currently has footprints in 15 countries with active membership across 27 countries.
Raymond is currently leading a movement of disruptive thinkers, purposeful leaders and accelerated problem-solvers. He is the convener and host of the signature program – Youthspark Pan African Conference, which has consistently held since 2017 across different countries in Africa.
Much more, he is a passionate leadership and youth development enthusiast, and believes there is so much capacity latent in the average young person on the street.
He is the author of 2 books, including “Passion to Profit Mastery” which serves as a practical guide, tool & resource for transforming ordinary individuals to profitable brands.
