Raymond Okpani is a social entrepreneur, personal brand strategist, International speaker, trainer, and human resource development specialist. He has a background in Political Science and International Relations from the Bahcesehir Cyprus University and he has other certifications in Project Management and Improving Leadership and Governance.
With over 10 years of experience across the private, non-governmental and public sectors, Raymond has consulted and helped hundreds of individuals, NGOs, and corporate organizations to attain peak performance & strategic results.
Raymond is the founder of Youthspark Pan Africa, a global community of emerging leaders, entrepreneurs and career professionals committed to the promotion of leadership and socio-economic development across Africa, and currently have footprints in 14 countries with member active members across 27 countries.
Currently, he is leading a movement of disruptive thinkers, purposeful leaders and accelerated problem-solvers. He is the convener and host of the signature program – The Youthspark Pan African Conference, which has consistently held back-to-back for 5 years & counting across different countries in Africa.
He is well traveled and has been invited as a speaker in 7 of the 14 countries he has traveled to. They include Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Cote’d Voire, Uganda, Nigeria and Cyprus.
He was listed among top 25 authors in Nigeria by BEWA Africa Authors Award 2020.
Raymond Okpani is available as a keynote speaker and panelist for conferences, as well as trainer for workshops & seminars.

Over the years, he has actively participated in the civil society and community development programs for over a decade and also has vast experience having served and engaged with local & state government, including serving as the youngest Special Assistant (22yrs) to the Head of Civil Service for 4 years in his home state, Ebonyi in Nigeria. In 2012 & 2013, he was privileged to have worked directly as a personal aide to Dr. Myles Munroe during a Transformational Leadership Summit for Top Government Functionaries in Nigeria.
He is passionate about leadership and youth development and believes that there is so much capacity latent in every average person on the street. He is intense about challenging the mind and capacity of the average individual to explore strategic actions to transform from ordinary to extraordinary change-makers.
Raymond is the Founder of Youthspark Pan African Development Foundation (Youthspark Pan Africa); a non-profit organization committed to the promotion of leadership and socio-economic development of young people across Africa with footprints in over 15 countries and operational bases in Kigali, Rwanda, Nairobi, Kenya, Accra, Ghana, Lagos, Nigeria and Nicosia, Cyprus. His organization envisions “A society of youth empowered to contribute to societal development and nation-building”.
Through his vast local and international experiences engaging with youths and major thought leaders, he has been able to build platforms that have enabled him to provide international networking opportunities to youths in his network. Also through his various initiatives and projects, locally and internationally, he has reached over 2500 students, entrepreneurs, and young professionals with his leadership development and entrepreneurship programs.
In October 2019, he was invited by the Rwandan Presidency to speak alongside other great leaders during the YouthConnekt Africa Summit in Kigali, Rwanda which had over 10,000 delegates across 92 countries.
On his return to Nigeria, he was invited to speak alongside a former treasurer of the World Bank by the former and youngest senate president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim.
Raymond Okpani has been featured and interviewed across several media organizations to share his experiences and perspectives about critical issues that bother strategic leadership, personal growth, branding, youth and community development, as well as gender-related topics female genital mutilation.
